A client asked me to come up with a quick concept for 5 units placed on a thin lot. The lot has stunning views out the back over looking a large canyon. Because of the narrow lot, each unit could only be 4.60m wide (15'). They wanted a carport, 2 bed and 2+1/2 Bath, and to maximize the view. They were also pushed for time. So all in all, not an easy task, but they were happy with the result:

As you can see, the models still need some work, but they did a great job of relaying a concept quickly to the client.
If the client decides to proceed with this particular project, I will be improving and expanding these models.
